At Ink & Thread (smartdigishop.io), customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
You received the wrong product or wrong size (different from your confirmed order).
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to request a return.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Slight color difference due to screen/display settings
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Used, washed, or damaged items (not caused by us)
Return Process
To request a return:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Share your order details and clear pictures of the issue.
Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy (COD Orders)
Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds (if approved) may be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
In some cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size/design is not available, we may offer store credit or refund (if applicable).
Customers may be required to pay re-delivery charges for exchanges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
